Scratch & Dent Description: “Refurbished Scratch and Dent condition" products have been restored to working order by our certified technicians. Prior to shipment, the products undergo extensive inspection and sanitization in order to guarantee working efficacy and customer satisfaction. “C-” rated products’ cosmetic conditions show damage. This may include (but is not limited to) white/pink spots on screen, heavy scratches on the screen, a small screen crack, housing damages, and battery health between 20-49%.
