Terms and Condition of iPad, IPhone Screen Replacement Warranty,

In case customer cracks the screen of iPad or iPhone Purchased on JemJem.com, customer can send it in for free screen replacement.  This coverage starts from time of purchase for 1 year.  We do not send prepaid shipping label or boxes for customers to send the device back but we will send the device back to customers for free shipping.  Please make sure to send your device with Trackable shipping.  We are not responsible for devices lost in transit so you might want to consider getting insurance when you ship your item.  Please contact our customer service at support@jemjem.com to request RMA number with your order ID before sending in the devices.  If there is no RMA number, we won’t be able to replace the screen for you and device will be sent back to the FROM address it came from.

 

Replacement screen can be aftermarket screen that we source or can be used screen with minor usage, we will use whatever is available to quickly replace the screen and send it back to customers.  We will replace screen as quickly as we can and send it over but no later than 2 week(Usually a lot quicker) from the time we have received the item from customer.  We will use 2 day shipping service to get it back to customer as quickly as can.

***Make sure to Back Up your device before sending in as we might have to do factory reset before sending the device back.  If possible, please reset before sending out the device Or won’t be able to do full testing after screen replacement is done.


If we suspect the fraud, we reserve right to send the devices back to customer without repairs and we will black list the customer.  Serial numbers of device need to match with what we shipped to customer.  This screen replacement warranty only works if condition of the device itself is not damaged to the point where screen replacement is impossible to be done, such as body of device damages that happened that can not fit in new screen.  And does not cover other defects those were done by accident or due to jailbreak or anything related to software update issues.  We will communicate over any issues if any, before we start working on the device. 

 

 

 

Terms and Condition of Macbook Battery Replacement Warranty,

In case the battery health reports that battery need to be “Replace Now” or “Service Battery”, we will replacement battery for free for 1 year from the time of purchase.  Battery health must show “Replace Now” or  “Service Battery”, please send us screenshot of the message before we can issue RMA to send it back to us for battery replacement.  Please email us at support@jemjem.com to get RMA with your order ID.  If there is no RMA number, we won’t be able to replace the screen for you and device will be sent back to the FROM address it came from.  Please make sure to send your device with Trackable shipping.  We are not responsible for devices lost in transit so you might want to consider getting insurance when you ship your item.  We do not send prepaid shipping label or boxes for customers to send the device back but we will send the device back to customers for free shipping.
