Excellent / Good / Fair devices keep our usual battery health 80%+ guarantee. This Low Battery collection is for units whose battery health is under 80% (typically in the ~70–79% range). You get the same testing, sanitizing, factory reset, free US shipping, 30-day returns, and 1-year warranty — priced lower to reflect battery condition.

Choose Low Battery when you want more savings and are fine with a battery that may need charging a bit more often, or a future battery service.
